Item as described. Shipping cost was ok, seller could have gotten more money from shipping if handbag was shipped in a smaller box. The handbag was not properly packaged…..with no care whatsoever. I message the seller to thank them for accepting my offer, no reply. My advice to the Seller, you need to treat all your buyers the same no matter how much they have spent in your store…
Johnny Was is an expensive (overpriced) brand offering unique styles. I almost didn't purchase as the color looked faded in the pics. Thrilled to receive it and find the color was much richer, like pics I had seen elsewhere. It arrived within the promised time and was packaged securely in a padded mailer. Pleased with the price I paid and would purchase from this seller again.
