It's in really good shape and sat in a box for years so very little rust if any. I don't see any rust but there could be very small spots I missed. They are really shinny and have no wear on the writing that says American motors. I will say there is some spots on them around the sides that has this black stuff it picks off but not sure what it is. It could be rust but from what I see it picks off not sure though.
