The glasses were as described, unfortunately the pitcher arrived broken. Items were packaged very well by the seller, thus the box must have been mishandled somewhere throughout shipping. Communication with seller was outstanding, I emailed photos of the broken pitcher and received a full refund. I would not hesitate to purchase from this seller again!
