Received the sweater today. Lovely! Just as described. This eBay seller is exceptional. The first time I tried to purchase this, it was lost in the mail in the aftermath of Hurricane Milton. She immediately refunded my money. The sweater was found and returned to her by the USPS. She notified me right away it was up for sale again on eBay. This time the purchase and shipment were successful. Superb communication. Very professional. Would definitely buy from her again.
Received in good - albeit smushed, somewhat bent - condition, owing to the fact that, rather than shipping them in a shoebox, they were mailed in an unpadded envelope. Very nice shoes for the price. Hopefully, the cobbler will be able to advise me on how to get them back into shape.
