Shipping was decent. Packaging decent. As far as description is concerned, I thought that I was purchasing a PAIR of boots, not just one boot. You should have specified that you were selling just ONE boot. Maybe put in all caps that you were selling only one boot. I can’t do anything with just one boot. As far as value is concerned, there is no value in just one boot. I wouldn’t have purchased just one boot. I put a positive review because I wasn’t given an option to click anything else.

silverware arrived with pieces that were scratched, probably from a disposal, and some bent. Description said used. There are levels of "used". This was more then seemed reasonable. The seller was willing to return items or refund $10 and keep the set which I did. Since it said no returns on the sale, this was appreciated.
