  1. Aloha so the item that was shipped USPS snail mail had a damage box and when I went to use the unit, there is a small defect that was caused by USPS not being careful with shipping. I contacted the seller. The seller was awesome offered to take the unit back right away.But because they were so quick and their response and so easy to deal with I took the unit apart, snap the piece back into place and it works perfectly. Thank you so much Kyle and Kim’s thrift you’re awesome.

  3. The coat arrived and was just as described. Packaged very well. USPS rerouted it. It took 2 days longer than anticipated delivery, but that wasn't the seller's fault. We had a snow storm. He loved it, so it was a great value!
