Description
Vintage 1970's AVON BUTTER DISH with 2 Soaps and original Box. Name of the pattern is "Peacock Feathered Scrolled Eye". The butter dish nor the 2 soaps included show any signs of ever being used and are in very good condition, no chips, cracks or evident wear. The box does show some wear from age and storage. Approximate Measurements: 7 1/8" Wide, 3 1/2" Deep and 3 1/4" Tall (with cover). Please see photos as this is part of the description.
Items were packaged extremely well and arrived safe and sound. I wish all sellers packed dishes with as much care as this seller. "Very good condition" is a bit of an exaggeration - there are quite a few more utensil marks as well as discoloration than can be seen clearly in the pictures. I guess the marks do not show up in pictures very well. I tried uploading my own pictures of the plates, but these too look better than in actuality. Hopefully they can be cleaned up.
While the post office has had some delays with the package itself, the seller has been super helpful and quick to reply in trying to track it down and resolve its arrival. I appreciate the extra effort the seller went through for me as that’s not always the case once an item has been shipped out. Very friendly, courteous, and I’m so excited to get my mug once it arrives. Thank you for all your help!
