It rides on flat spun hubs with black tires. Made in Great Britain by Playcraft Toys Ltd. First released by Corgi in 1958, the 300SL Open Roadster is one of the most elegant castings of the era. Comes with its original early all-blue pictorial box (the desirable first-style box, predating the later yellow and blue design). Paint remains largely intact with some minor wear. Wheels are functional and intact, and tires do not have flat spots. Windscreen and windows are present — a significant bonus as these are very commonly missing on surviving examples. Some signs of rust on the underside.
