This is a vintage diamond cut glass crystal decanter stopper made of clear glass. It is a bottle stopper designed to fit into a decanter to seal and preserve the contents. Item arrived with the burner attached to the lamp in the burner should’ve been taken off and wrapped separately and now it’s damaged and I will have to buy a new burner so I’m not very happy about that. Otherwise it arrived timely and the package was not damaged. The lamp  was advertised as described and now it looks like I paid too much for the lamp since I have to go and find a new burner. I will just junk this burner and use it for parts.
