The item, which arrived quickly, was packaged securely. Unfortunately, the pattern was missing several pieces for two different outfits. Since I could certainly use the remainder of the pattern, I e-mailed the seller, requesting a reduction off the initial price. The seller promptly responded to me with a discount off the original price.
