  1. This wasn’t the best experience but the seller made it right in the end. Item condition wasn’t as described, so I sent pictures after it arrived. No response for days. When I reached out again, seller offered to make it right. The item was worth repairing so I accepted a partial refund. I do wish the condition had been disclosed, and that the communication was more timely. But mistakes happen and people get busy, so I’m glad to have a reasonable resolution.
