Upon arrival, the clock runs well, keeps accurate time and chimes as it should. Timely, prompt and friendly communication concerning minor issue. A very pleasant transaction. Shipping was was sightly much. Packaging was wrap in a secure plastic zip-lock pouch. Item was just as described and the value was well worth the purchase. The item arrived exactly on the date set in excellent condition. The advertise picture really did not do this item any justice. To be in second hand condition it was perfect, clean and without any flaws.
