The condition of this vase when I received it was as described - Excellent! It was shipped right away and the packaging went above and beyond anything I think I’ve ever received. I saw this vase for sale in 2005 from a catalog and wished I could afford it. It took twenty years, but when I saw it I ordered it right away. It actually cost $10 less than the original catalog price, and the condition was like brand new! I would definitely buy from this seller again!
My only gripe is for the $12 cost to ship one Hummel. I paid $10 to have two Hummels shipped to me from another seller. Item purchased was bubble wrapped and placed in a box surrounded by peanut packers. Item arrived intact and fit the description provided by the seller. Shipping took longer but I attribute that to the increase of shipping items during the XMAS holiday . Answer to my emails from the seller took longer than usual.
The fork came extremely well packaged, but the seller had accidently sent the wrong fork. She immediately (the same day) sent out the correct fork, without asking for the wrong fork to be sent back, which I thought was extremely generous. I'm happy with the fork I ordered, and I would certainly buy from this seller again.
