it works. theres no glass for the front. the dial is very unique and in great shape. the rear has fallen off the hinge but does have a pressure fit. its very worn. i dont see any sterling or 800 marks but the case looks like it should be silver with gold inlay. the inside of the watch looks like it runs well. a few times, i had to tap the watch to start the motion up but it continues on its own if it has been wound.
Overall a good experience. Shipped out quickly, was packaged well and arrived as shown/described. If I were to make suggestions one would be to package the figure with bubble wrap a little looser so the package doesn’t bend and become permanently creased. Another suggestion would be when someone makes an offer, instead of countering that offer with 80 cents off the original price, just decline the offer. Overall a good seller whom I’d recommend and buy from again
I received the package very late but I don't blame the seller. I have ordered packages and notice that every time that the usps passes through San Francisco it will be delayed by almost a month. Oh well, at least I know what to expect if it routes through there. The seller was very good at sending the package, but as I mentioned the San Francisco route was out of the seller's control. I like the item and now I have the complete years of service pins.
