I ordered this necklace and it was shipped very fast! Packaged so well and carefully! I recently moved and did not do an address change which I should have done beforehand. However USPS withheld my package since I was an unknown adressee on the address which was completely my fault, but the seller was so kind enough to help me through the process! Even went as far to call the post office for me and help me locate it! Necklace is amazing and perf! As described, even better! Amazing value too!!
The seller was amazing however I never received the product. I had it shipped to our warehouse as I do all my purchases. There was an at attempt to deliver late Friday and we were closed. Usps knows we are closed and they don't deliver on weekends because of that . I received notice of the attempt and it said they would receiver the next business day. It never happened. They still have it and I can't reach an actual person on the phone . So I'm out the cost and shipping.
Package arrived by priority mail & in perfect condition. The bracelet was secure inside bubble wrap mailing envelope inside cellophane sealed bag wrapped in heavy layers of tissue paper. The bracelet is in brand new condition with full tag included as described & just beautiful. Love the faceted stones & style of the bracelet. I realize the value of this purchase for the price paid. I appreciate the thank you note. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!
