Vintage House of Hatten Appliqué Patchwork Toys Christmas Tree Skirt measures 59” across very pretty hard to find skirt in used condition has 4 hook eye closures fully intact. I have looked this over did not see any rips, tears or holes but there are few very tiny spots stains noted in the photos. I did not try to spot clean them or dry clean the skirt I am leaving that up to the new owner. Honestly they aren't that noticeable when placed under the tree. Needs to be ironed.
