Joseph Esposito or ESPO was a designer for QVC. He created this line that included the sterling silver mesh choker with interchangeable pendants. The heart pendant necklace being one of his signature pieces. The pendant part snaps securely into place, much like a button. (See pictures) It has a snap clasp on both sides of the heart.
