Communication was great. Fair pricing. Quick shipping. Only thing that I will comment on that could have been done better was having more protection with packaging. Literally used a box that JUST FIT the product I ordered so the only protection for the item was the Styrofoam it came in. It was difficult to remove the item from the box as well bc of how snug it was. But, overall, a great experience. I would buy again from this seller, I'd just ask to package it better next time.
The plush toy arrived well-protected, wrapped in bubble wrap — no damage, everything in great condition. The toy is soft and looks exactly as described. However, after touching it, my hands felt slightly sticky — possibly it was treated with something. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase. Thank you!
The listing was for 6 plates & I only received 5 Seller response was -must have accidentally typed in 6 instead of 5. I needed 6 so had to search & order more from another vendor but everything else was great on shipping, packaging & value
