The seller went about and beyond in making sure this castle got to me. The package was lost in the mail for a couple of weeks and the seller reached out to the USPS to try figure out where it was. They exhausted all efforts but eventually it got to me in perfect condition. It was packaged with so much care. It was as described. And the monetary value is nothing compared to the many many playtimes my niece will get out of it. This seller is AMAZING!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
