Vintage MCI Japan Orange & Blue Iris Sake Set (Decanter w/ 2 Cups & Ginger Jar). Each piece is hand painted with orange and blue irises and made of porcelain ceramic with a crackle glaze finish.The decanter is 5.25" with the orange and blue flowers and a small, kingfisher bird. The ginger jar is 8" tall with blue irises and a kingfisher bird. Four piece vintage MCI Japan sake set includes a decanter, two cups, and a ginger jar. Each piece is hand painted with orange and blue irises and made of porcelain ceramic with a crackle glaze finish.The decanter is 5.25" with the orange and blue flowers and a small, kingfisher bird. The 2 cups are 1-7/8" high and 1.75" across. The ginger jar is 8" tall with blue irises and a kingfisher bird. Accented with a gold stripe around the bottom of the jar and the bottom of the lid. All four pieces are in good condition. The lid has a place where the gold stripe was rubbed/worn off (see last picture). This decorative set was made in Japan during the 1970's.
