The creamer and salt and pepper shakers arrived in perfect shape in their original boxes. Unfortunately the sugar bowl lid broke in transport. Jackie responded instantly and issued a refund. Such excellent customer service. I would purchase from this seller again. Thank you.

I actually never received these brass swans. Unfortunately my box was mixed up with someone else’s purchase. I shipped my box back and the seller refunded my money. I have no idea if the other seller sent them back. Still a great seller.
