Seller communication was great! The item shipped and arrived quickly, and was packed very well. I'm pleased with my interaction, though the pitcher is not a great fit for my 5200 series VitaMix base. It runs...but the connection is loose and grinds. The seller told me they didn't know if this pitcher worked well or not, and compensated with a great discounted price. So, I'm happy with the seller overall. I was willing to take the risk for the price paid. I would buy from this seller again.

It was packaged well with plenty of bubble wrap and in an appropriately sized box to prevent it from jostling around en route. My item is exactly as described and is a perfect fit.
