A month later it was "Returned To Sender" by the USPS. Refund had already been given. I asked seller if I could purchase again with USPS Tracking rather than the previous ebay version (item was tracked as 'delivered' before it was returned to sender). 2nd times a charm as item arrived today and on-time!
