Featuring a whimsical green hand applied polka dot design with matching line rim around the wide border, ground is creamy white and back is marked simply POLKA DOT ENGLAND. Made by Susie Cooper. Condition is wonderful with no chips, cracks, hairlines, repairs, discoloration or damage -- please note a hint of wear to the green trim and dots, one or two fine utensil marks and tan stilt marks on the back as shown.
