The first watch the seller sent me was lost by the US post office. The seller worked to make the issue right by sending a replacement watch. I did pay for the shipping again but I think this was a fair way to fix the situation since the seller did not have insurance on the package. The seller is honest and helpful and I am happy with the replacement watch. I have agreed to contact the seller if the first watch ever arrives.
