shipping was great, not really any packing, as described from pictures. there was two boxes of ornaments that was suppose to have the big one and 3 small, One box only had the big ornament, and the other was missing 1 of the small ornament. The ornament Father Christmas on foot was broke. when I opened the box it smelled like smoke, I had to take all the ornaments out there boxes because it was so bad.
