When I received my plate there were scuff marks that the picture on listing didn’t show (unless you looked super close). I made rating post with the pictures of a 3. I received an email wanting to graciously take care of the issue. I received a refund for half if what I paid the next day, which the seller took it upon himself to correct. This turntable shipped quickly and was very well packaged - a lot of time and effort went into this to assure no damage during shipping. Although I did end up with an issue regarding the functionality of the turntable, the seller was great to work with and helped out immediately.
