Item arrived in the condition exactly as described: new, undamaged, and clean. The seller quickly sent a message after the order placement explaining any possible delays with the order. The figure was expected to arrive early June but conveniently arrived mid-May after about 2 weeks instead, a pleasant surprise since this was shipped from Japan to the US. The figure is pricey but that's more of an issue with the producer, Tamashii Nations, and the surrounding market instead of only the seller.
The item arrived pretty quick; the shipping was fast, and the packaging is superb, the guitar is very well-protected. The item is also as described, functional electronics, but with just a few scratches on the body. The seller also constantly updated me on the shipping status. Overall, I'm very satisfied and happy about this purchase. No problems whatsoever, so I would definitely recommend them.👍
