Both Knives come together when purchased. Both are used and show signs of wear. The Wards made in USA is a 2 blade. The Pal. Cutlery Co. Mass. USA is a 3 blade. The Pal does have a chip on the handle by the pin ( pictured ). Both are older knives but still open and close and functioning properly. Both would benefit from a good oil and buffing. Thanks
