The set was used. The case has stains and scuffs. The comb is made of plastic, a piece is broken off. The brush handle is probably made of bone (it does not melt when exposed to a hot needle). The bristles are attached with a thread (there are three holes for attaching at the end). The length of the comb is 2 1/2 inches, the brush is 3 inches. If you have any questions, please contact me.
