Vintage Pocket Watch Mainspring Winder - has good pins

This is a vintage pocket watch mainspring winder. I don't see a brand name, but it is marked "Germany" on the frame. It is in good, usable condition and all 3 pins on the handles are good. It is missing the cardboard box, but has the wood base. If you feel that I have not earned a 5.0 DSR, please contact me before leaving feedback and give me a chance to take care of any problems.
