Description
A set of 4 vintage double old fashioned Scotch whiskey cocktail glasses made of cut crystal which commemorate the ocean liner the Queen Elizabeth 2. These glasses were produced in Scotland by Glencairn and retain original foil paper labels. The cut crystal pattern includes a depiction of the ship under a British lion and above a pair of anchors and banner stating "QE2." The other two sides feature Scottish thistle decorations. These uncommon glasses could be purchased onboard the Cunard Line flagship vessel which operated from 1969 to 2008 on transatlantic courses. Size: 3 1/8" across the rim and 3 1/4" tall
