This vintage Rolex Datejust 16013 from 1988 features a custom green dial with a sunburst pattern, complemented by a fluted gold bezel on a silver stainless steel case. The watch is designed for men and has a classic round shape with a 36mm case size and a thickness of 12mm. It is equipped with a Swiss-made mechanical automatic movement with 27 jewels, offering chronometer accuracy. The watch also includes a date indicator, a two-piece brown leather strap with a lug width of 20mm, and is water-resistant up to 3 meters. Without papers or original box, this Rolex exudes a timeless elegance suitable for formal occasions. CUSTOM olive green dial has been refurbished / repainted professionally and looks so handsome and smart. Refurbished on original Rolex dial The stainless steel Oyster case, screw down caseback, yellow gold fluted bezel and crystal are all in good condition for its age. The dial is fitted with gold hands and a date window at 3 o'clock position which is a great asset to this vintage. The robust 36mm stainless steel Oyster case with a screw down Rolex crown has remained in good condition with general wear but no significant damage. In fully working order- runs strong and tells good time, powered by a reliable Rolex 3035 movement with 27 jewels. Reference and serial numbers are both sharp and strong. Serial number R 77**** says it dates to 1988. It will come with generic brown leather strap. The crystal has been replaced with the new acrylic glass just before listing this Beauty. It was serviced 2024 September. You will get exactly what you see. The pictures say it all.
