Excellent used condition. No known cosmetic blemishes. Small capacity with zipper closure. Could fit toddler-to-adult because of adjustable straps. I can’t find exact year of when it was made, but I remember it being late 1990s-early 2000s. Stored in smoke-free, pet-free, very clean location.
