Vintage Saltwater Fly Fishing Photo. Frank also authored a number of books on fishing and hunting. This photo shows a man saltwater fly fishing. striper striped bass tuna surf fishing. This is a vintage photograph by famed fisherman Mark Sosin (1933 - 2022). This photo shows a man saltwater fly fishing. There is some writing on the front and back on the back. Mark Sosin's stamp is on the back also. It is an original black and white photo, that measures 8" x 10" and is in excellent condition. The photo is much better in quality than the image shown because I scanned it at a low resolution (150 dpi) and the watermark seen on it, will not be on the photo when mailed. This photograph, along with others I have listed, came from the estate of Frank Woolner (1916-1994), the longtime editor of the Salt Water Sportsman magazine. Many of these photos were used in the Salt Water Sportsman and in some of the books that Frank authored. Frank was an original member of the Massachusetts Beach Buggy Association and the Worcester Striper Club. Frank also authored a number of books on fishing and hunting. The photos acquired include saltwater, both surf and boat, freshwater fishing, fly fishing, hunting and even some photos of the Woolner Brothers Outdoor TV Show.
