Shipping was fast, and the item was well packaged. Unfortunately the seller made a mistake and shipped me the wrong item. Luckily the seller was responsive and accepted a return, and I just had to print the return label and drop it off at the post office. A bit of a waste of my time, but overall a good seller who made an honest mistake and did their best to make it right.

The packaging was excellent. This is one seller who takes the time to pack carefully. You can tell it was well thought out. The clock arrived with no damage. It was better than the description or the pictures. Many thanks. You well deserve a five star rating.

Clock arrived with glass broken. Cost to replace including tax $25.00. Seller informed me that it was for me to file claim however Ebay states it's the shipper that files claim. Not worth my time ! Description is good, good value, needs to work on packing.
