Vintage Skipper Budding Beauty Dress Outfit 1731 Mattel 1970 Barbie Sister. This dress is one of my favorites from the 70s for skipper. The dress isn’t OK condition. It could use a good cleaning. The lighter colored fabric is looking dingy. In the sleeves, it’s supposed to have some tighter bits to make it look puffy and that string has just gotten old and come loose from a lot of listings that I saw on eBay that looks like it’s pretty common for this dress, but I do want you to know that before purchasing please look at all of the photos This dress is one of my favorites from the 70s for skipper.
