This vintage 1956 Terry Travel Coach Park Model is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom house on wheels. The 26-foot long structure has a unique bread loaf design and is made of wood and metal materials. The house is manufactured in the United States and has a square footage of 208. The house is partially furnished with queen bed, antique kitchen table with Airstream chairs, overstuffed vintage couch, brand-new (unused) porta-potty, and vintage lamps. The house was pulled from a Santa Barbara mobile home park, and I purchased it within days. Caveats: Bill of sale only! Payment in full is due within 7 days of purchase. There is some ceiling damage near the living room entrance. The bathtub skylight was ripped off in a storm! It sits in the steel bathtub as of now, waiting to be reattached. Although the house was lived in prior to my buying it, all kitchen appliances had been removed. The house is set up for water/sewage and electricity, but I never checked any of those systems. We simply ran a cord through the window and use it that way. It was brought here pulled by a Ram pickup truck but the tires are now not strong enough to drive it away (one is flat, actually); as-is, it will need to be removed via flatbed. The trailer hitch is 2 or 2 1/2," and the lowering kit will be included. I am selling this little house on wheels because my sister was supposed to move it to her town to use as an artist's studio, but she recently admitted she cannot make it happen.
