If the is nothing wrong with the sign, you do not like the sign received or have changed your mind or no longer want the sign, we will send you a return shipping label and issue refund with return shipping charge deducted. This seller is awesome. Even though it was packed amazingly well, the sign arrived damaged with one of the glass tubes broken. I contacted him and he made a replacement tube and shipped it out right away. It was easy to swap out the tube and the sign works great! Thank you so much! Highly recommend!!
