Check that all screws and nuts at the engine's connection points are tight. Ensure there is a normal gap (0.1-0.2mm) between the valve pressure plate and the valve. Mix fuel and 2T lubricant in a ratio of 25:1. Open the carburetor to 30%-40% and power on the CDI. Use an electric drill to hold a 6mm starting stick and insert it into the center hole of the flywheel pulley, rotating counterclockwise. At this point, observe whether fuel is entering the carburetor through the fuel inlet pipe. If not, gently cover the carburetor's air intake with your finger to allow fuel to enter (do not allow too much fuel to enter, as it may flood the cylinder). Precautions The clearance between the contact surface of the engine top rod and the valve stem must be kept at a distance of 0.1mm-0.2mm. The engine must not overheat during operation, and air-cooled engines must have air ducts to cool down their heat sinks or be equipped with fans for cooling. Long term low fuel and high-speed operation can cause engine damage due to overheating. Multiple unsuccessful starts may result in excessive oil entering the cylinder block and causing flooding, which can damage the engine connecting rods.
