Vintage Waltham Watch 1942 Military Type made during WWII era!! It’s a solid, authentic piece of WWII-era American watchmaking !! Windup Mechanical 9 Jewels 6/0 WORKS WELL Runs very well! I had serviced in the summer 2025. Issue had Something to do with winding stem was replaced so would engage when winding (clutch spring maybe?). Movement parts were cleaned …. It’s been stored since serviced and occasionally I like to get it out and wind it and set the time and always know that I can expect almost perfect time keeping by the next day when checking again. It wears nicely too!! 34.5mm case size including crown 16mm lug pin size unsigned back sets time winds One of my personal favorite WWII ERA Watches that I have found !! I Decided today I now wish to sell…. Kept the same near perfect time overnight last night - now I’m ready to sale and can vouch for it as a great 6/0 ‘42 Waltham military type watch that never failed me yet! Smooth time setting when turning hands. Has sub seconds register!! Watch it work in the video!! I left the original yellowed “lume burn” crystal on this old Waltham watch to keep original as much as possible. If want to change; I will leave that to any new owner if they wish! It’s cool as it is ! The cool slinky strap is engraved MAJOR twice as is the manufacturer I suspect. As is as seen as described !! I typically ship SAME day if paid before 2PM EST !
