Product works perfectly and is in excellent condition as described. However, it arrived poorly packed, just in the product box, which was damaged from the tape used to seal it. There was no bubble wrap or protective padding, which is quite risky for an item containing glass. Delivery was also delayed, as the parcel was left in a collection box and took three days for Royal Mail to pick up.
