My product arrived and was the wrong color, which was important to get in Blue. I received it in Black. Then vendor politely told me they would refund the item and that I did not need to send it back. I agreed. 5 minutes later I received a full refund. I am leaving a positive feedback because the seller may not have USPS delivery problems in other areas the seller is doing business. The price was a good price for the item, but my shipping was delayed 1 week by the delivery service ,USPS. I fI buy anything again from a merchant on EBay, I will ask for a different shipping method other than the USPS.
First off in looking back it did arrive within the time specified when I ordered. My apologies. Seller has since made everything as right as they can. I would suggest to this and any other seller of a similar item to list the diameter and length of both the filter and bowl in the description as this will help buyers to get the right part.
