The supports arrived in good shape, which is surprising to me, because I didn't have to open the box to get them. The end of the box that WAS NOT TAPED SHUT opened right up on its own and the supports slid right out. In the future I would recommend taping BOTH ends shut. I blame the very poor packing for ext.duration of the shipment. They had figure out whether there was something missing every time it arrived somewhere. Bureaucracies don't decide quickly or well.
