There was a little hiccup in the items description and in my receiving the correct knob. Once I messaged seller they responded promptly & were very apologetic and accommodating. They are shipping me the correct knob free of charge. Even gave me directions as to how to install. Highly recommend!

This was exactly as described which was unbelievable because of how hard it was to find this part. Put it in and my washer was working like it was brand new. Price was well below anything else I could find. It also arrived super fast as well.
