The only positive thing about this transaction is that the seller was quick to issue me a refund for this item, because it was miss-delivered to a Post Office in another state than the one of which I live. Mistakes happen. I am not frustrated with what happen.... I am disappointed, and it's cost me time. I appreciate the seller quickly responding to my inquiry about this problem and refunding me, but I would rather the USPS correct their mistake and deliver me my item which I need!!!
Other than the model # of the item in the description, there were no picture. Was leery at 1st to order, but took a chance. AND... I'm glad I did !! Item received was EXACTLY as sated and in an unopened box. On top, I received the item in 2-days. Seller actually shipped it the day I ordered- Thank You! Would definitely purchase from here again if ever need an item they offer !
Genuine 3M quality, condition and appearance. Great customer service, though buyer be aware to contact the seller if a listing appears confusing like as a case or multiple items where may be different what is described or delivered. However, customer service made it right and we are good to go great.
