Latch is broken but somewhat closes however it is not a tight seal and parts are loose and appear to have be welded in repair. Sold as is. Little bit of rust, dents, and missing paint as pictured. also covered in a lot of cosomoline or grease. needs a very good cleaning. no visible markings. any other defects should be visible from the pictures and should be reviewed and judged by the buyer before they purchase to avoid any returns or disputes.
