I strongly believe I got a great deal with the purchase —-only issue I had was seller will not shipping to Alaska which is part of the United States. I had it shipped to a family member who then shipped to me. I wish these companies that refuse to ship to Alaska at least give us an option to pay shipping at a real price not exploded price for shipping. I do understand it does cost more for living in paradise but allow us (the consumer) to have shipping options. Thanks for listening.
Product is as sold but I bought 3. They were stacked taped an shipped. FedEx did not handle carefully. One box was damaged which damaged one battery and the blower tube. I can tape the blower tube. Not sure about the battery.
Brush cutter came heavily damaged due to transportation. 100% Fedex is fault. They even took a picture with the box destroyed and parts coming out to verify it got dropped off. the seller made it right by sending another one.
