The item I received didn't match the ebay listing description. 1) in picture with spoons, the left most one is different from the other 11 (should all be the same). 2) the listing is 'new' yet its pretty clear the box has been opened and contents touched, as evidenced by photo and 1). The seller was helpful, courteous and promptly provided a discount to mitigate the above. While I appreciate that, the hassle and above explanation warrants this neutral rating (instead of a negative rating)
