The seller claimed after I placed the order that the item was damaged in transport and offered me my money back. I accepted. However this was shipped from China and all sudden the same item showed up with a price markup of 60% as available from the US. I don't know if the seller was using me as a strawmen to import the item tariff free into the US and now is selling it with a hefty markup or not .
